Top of the Range is 1100m above sea level and located 8 km's out of Berridale on the Kosciuszko Rd . It is only minutes from Cooma airport, Lake Jindabyne and an 18 hole Golf Course (view Google map).

Top of the Range provides lodge style accommodation with a large lounge/dining room, a well equipped kitchen with pantry, and a separate laundry/drying room. It has a large covered veranda with 180 degree panoramic views of the countryside. There are 2x Queen size bedrooms with Ensuites, 1x Double bedroom, plus a fourth bedroom with 4 single bunks sharing the third bathroom. In addition, there is also a separate toilet.

The 300 hectare property has kilometres of bush tracks which abound in native flora and fauna. Our spacious grounds and entertainment areas are perfect for the family or group booking.

Our stay at Top of the Range will not be our last. We had a very enjoyable time and the views are spectacular, especially with the early snow falls in the mountains.

As some of our troupe enjoy bushwalking they were able to take full advantage of the limitless amount of tracks on the property. Some were able to head down the road to play a few rounds of golf and others headed to the snowfields to get in some unexpected early practice.

We were very impressed with the amenities and cleanliness of the residence. Two bathrooms. main room with ensuite and another separate loo also doesn't go astray. We'll definately be back soon...
